Fast forward to 2004, and I decided it was time for a change of scenery. I packed my bags and headed to the UK, ready to take on new culinary adventures. And boy, did I experience it all! From fancy hotels to working alongside Michelin-star chefs, I’ve seen the inside of diverse kitchens, each with its own unique flavor.

But you know what? Among all those experiences, I found my true calling – the private chef field. There’s something magical about creating personalized dining experiences for you, right in the comfort of your own home. That’s where I discovered my passion, and I haven’t looked back since.
